A Labor Doula is a non-medical, professional person trained to provide advice, information, emotional support, and physical comfort to a mother before, during, and just after childbirth. A Postpartum Doula provides physical, emotional, informational, and hands on support to families in the weeks after childbirth.
I have a passion for helping women to feel supported in their journey and confident in the choices that they make for themselves and their baby. My goal as a labor doula is empowering women and arming them with all of the information needed to have the birth that they desire, whatever that may look like to them! As a Postpartum Doula my goal is to help new families have a smooth transition into this new chapter in their lives!
